We would like to let our church family know that to date we have received $2,753.36 for “Wells for India.” Thank you for your support of this extended ministry.
1/2/2013 Join us this evening for our regular schedule of services. Our after school program begins at 3:10pm-6:45pm followed by Reality Student Ministries. Our adults will be meeting for Bible Study in the sanctuary @ 7:00pm. Also, our Caravan program resumes this evening @ 7:00pm.
Tomorrow evening from 6:00pm-8:00pm there will be a visitation in the sanctuary for Paul F Roush, a longtime church member here at Mifflinburg Nazarene. A viewing will be held again on Friday morning from 10:00am-11:00am, followed by the funeral at 11:00am. We are asking you to keep Sandy, Kevin, Paula, Jenn & Kelly, and their families in your prayers during this most difficult time. Paul has fought a good fight, he has finished the race and he has kept the faith. He is rejoicing with his Heavenly Father today.
Sunday, January 6th @ 9:00am & 10:30am, Pastor Krell will be starting a new sermon series. On January 6th will be an introduction to the book of Revelation, the role of prophecy, authorship, and focus on being teachable and to have a hungering to hear the words of God. (Revelation 1:1-8)
A Work& Witness dinner will be held at noon in the fellowship hall. This dinner is for those who have gone on a past work & witness trip, are going to Belize, or are interested in a future trip. Bring a covered dish & dessert to share.
All small groups will be meeting at 6:00pm on January 6th.
Looking ahead: 1/10/2013 Church Board Meeting @ 7:00pm, 1/11 & 1/12- Scrapbooking & Scripture will be held in the fellowship hall. On Friday evening, 1/11 they will be meeting from 6:00pm-? and on Saturday 1/12, from 9:00am-5:00pm. With questions, contact Gin Snook @ 922-1850.
